1. What kind of prints do you offer?

I offer fine art giclée prints on museum-grade Ilford GALERIE Smooth Cotton Rag 310gsm paper, available either unframed or professionally framed as well as fine art canvas prints on premium archival cotton canvas. These prints are designed to showcase the full richness, detail, and tonal range of each image.

2. Are all images published on Instagram available as a print?

Many of my Instagram images are available for purchase here, but not all appear in my curated galleries. If you see an image you love on Instagram that isn't featured here, please contact me about a custom print.

3. How do I place an order?

To order a print, simply click the Shop button in the gallery or the 'select product options' icon above the image you’d like from the lightbox view. Clicking the Shop button or the 'select product options' icon will show available sizes, framing options, and pricing for each image.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

You can securely pay via major credit cards or PayPal. PayPal’s “Pay in 4” option is also available, allowing you to split your order into four convenient installments. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Standard Australia-wide shipping is available at the flat rate of AUD $15.00 per order for orders up to AUD $200.00. For orders over AUD $200.00, standard Australia-wide shipping is free.

6. What sizes are available? Can I request custom sizes?

The standard sizes I offer are:

• Unframed and Framed Prints: 12"x12", 12"x16", 12"x16", 12"x18", 16"x16", 16"x20", 16"x24", 18"x24", 20"x20", 20"x25", 20"x30", and 24"x32"

• Fine Art Stretched Canvas Prints: 16"x16", 16"x20", 16"x24", 18"x24", 20"x20", 20"x25", 20"x30", 24"x32", 24"x30", 24"x36", 30"x30", and 30"x40"

Print sizes are designed to suit the print format and image aspect ratio. If your chosen image suits a different crop — custom sizing is available on request. Just reach out via the Contact page.

7. What are the framing options?

Framed prints are available in your choice of black-stained or raw oak timber frames, sized to suit the print: with 2cm, 3cm or 4cm width, depending on the frame size. More details are available on the Ordering & Shipping page. Each frame is fitted with UV-protective acrylic, museum-grade archival matting with a subtle 10% bottom-weight, and an acid-free adhesive foam core backing for long-term stability.

8. Can I buy unframed prints?

Yes — all standard sizes are available as unframed prints only. This is a great option if you'd prefer to frame it yourself or take it to your local framer.

9. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally printed, framed (if applicable), and shipped within 7–12 business days within Australia. You'll receive updates throughout the process, and I’ll always let you know if there are any unexpected delays.

10. How are the prints packaged for delivery?

Prints are carefully and securely packaged to protect them in transit. Framed works are packed with protective corners and padding, while unframed prints are shipped flat or rolled (depending on size) in archival-safe packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — but not directly through the website. If you’re outside Australia and would like to order a print, please get in touch for a custom shipping quote. I’ll work with you to arrange the best delivery option based on your location.

12. What should I do if my print arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours with your order number, a brief description, and a few clear photos of the damage. I work closely with Frameshop and follow their policy: minor defects may qualify for repair or partial replacement; major damage will be fully replaced or refunded. If glass is damaged, it will be replaced with UV acrylic for safety and durability.

13. What’s the best way to clean and care for my print?

Framed prints are framed behind UV acrylic, so please avoid harsh cleaners like Windex or other glass cleaners. Use a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth, or a cleaner specifically designed for acrylic. For unframed prints, handle with clean hands, preferably with cotton gloves and avoid direct contact with the printed surface — ideally, leave the handling to your framer.

14. Are your prints signed?

Standard prints are not signed. However, I can offer limited edition prints with a signature upon request for an additional fee. If you'd like your print signed, please let me know before placing your order via the Contact page.

15. Can I display your prints in a commercial space?

Yes, you're welcome to hang my prints in commercial environments such as offices, hospitality venues, or waiting rooms. If you're interested in licensing a digital image, please contact me to discuss terms.

16. Do you accept commissioned work?

Yes, I do. I'm open to commissions in city, street, or landscape/nature photography, and happy to tailor the shoot to your vision. Let’s talk — reach out here.

17. Can I request a custom aspect ratio or crop?

Absolutely. While my standard print sizes are carefully chosen to suit the image ratios and framing options, I'm happy to offer custom sizes or alternate aspect ratios where possible. If you have a particular space or framing requirement in mind, just get in touch — I’ll do my best to accommodate. Please note: cropping images at checkout isn’t recommended, as it may compromise the composition or print quality. I'm always happy to help prepare a quality crop for you.

18. Where are your photographs taken?

All of my images are original works captured by me. While I occasionally shoot further afield, most of my images are taken in Australia across Victoria and Tasmania, where I do the majority of my work. I'm based in Melbourne, Australia.

19. Will the print match what I see on my screen?

Each print is made using a fully calibrated workflow, so you can expect colours and tones that reflect my original intent. However, screens — especially phones and uncalibrated displays — vary widely, so you may notice slight differences in colour reproduction. Prints also tend to appear less bright and saturated than backlit screens, instead offering a subtle tonal richness that suits the fine art medium. This is completely normal and part of the print's character, not a defect.

20. Are your photographs AI-generated or heavily manipulated?

No. Every fine art photograph in my galleries is an original image captured by me in-camera, as a single exposure.

My editing process is intentionally restrained and is limited to adjustments such as colour, tone, contrast and local dodging and burning, along with the occasional removal of sensor dust spots or hot pixels. I don't create composite images, replace skies, add or remove subjects, or use generative AI to create or alter the content of my photographs.

Some supporting images elsewhere on this website, such as examples of print production, are supplied by my print partner with permission. These are clearly separate from my photographic portfolio.

While I may use AI-assisted tools for tasks such as assisting with writing or search engine optimisation, the photographs themselves always represent real places, real moments and my own photographic work.
