Ordering and Shipping Information

All fine art prints are produced using Ilford GALERIE Smooth Cotton Rag 310gsm — a 100% cotton, museum-grade matte paper designed for longevity, subtle tonal richness, and exceptional detail retention. Prints are available either unframed or professionally framed with high-quality materials, or as gallery-quality stretched canvas prints. I’ve kept options simple and focused — the goal is to deliver consistent, archival-quality work without overwhelming choices.

Unframed Prints

• Available in twelve sizes, depending on image aspect ratio, ranging from 12" to a stunning 32" on the long edge.

• Printed on Ilford GALERIE Smooth Cotton Rag 310gsm paper for beautiful tones and long-term durability

• Ships flat or rolled, depending on the print size

Framed Prints

• Frame widths: 2cm, 3cm, and 4cm, depending on image size — all with a 2cm depth

• Framing-grade UV acrylic, museum-grade white matboard (10% bottom-weighted), and acid-free foam core backing

• Each framed print is carefully assembled using acid-free backing, cotton rag fine art paper, museum-grade matting, and UV-protective acrylic, before being hand-framed

Fine Art Stretched Canvas Prints

• Available in twelve sizes, depending on image aspect ratio, ranging from 16" to a high impact 40" on the long edge.

• Printed on premium archival cotton canvas using pigment-based inks for vibrant colour and longevity

• Expertly stretched over solid timber stretcher bars with a seamless mirror-wrap edge, ready to hang without a frame

• Canvas texture adds a tactile, contemporary presence that complements a wide range of interiors

Custom Orders

Custom frame sizes, aspect ratios, or alternate finishes may be available upon request. For custom enquiries, please get in touch via the Contact page.

• To order a print, click the Shop button in a gallery or the 'select product options' icon above an image in the lightbox view.

• Select your print type, preferred size, framing (if applicable), and any other options, then proceed to checkout.

• Secure checkout via major credit cards or PayPal (PayPal Pay in 4 is also supported to split your payment into 4 convenient installments)

• Orders are fulfilled by our trusted printing and framing partner, Frameshop in Sydney

• Please allow 7–12 business days for production and shipping within Australia

• Australia-wide standard shipping is available for AUD $15.00 per order. For expedited options, please enquire here about timelines and any additional costs

• Free Australia-wide standard shipping is available for all orders over AUD $200.00

• International orders are welcome — please contact me directly for a custom quote for international shipping

• Packaging & Delivery Every print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Framed works are boxed securely for transit, and unframed prints are protected with archival materials.

While damage is rare, if something arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery.

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the damage or defect

• Please retain the item and packaging in case it's needed for courier assessment.

• Minor issues (e.g., cracked acrylic or a small frame mark) will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

• Major issues (e.g., damage to the print or structural frame failure) may qualify for a full replacement or refund.

As we exclusively use premium UV acrylic instead of glass in framed prints, please remember to clean it with care:

✅ Use a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth

✅ A feather duster is also safe

❌ Please avoid glass cleaners — they may permanently damage the acrylic — if needed, a gentle acrylic-safe cleaning spray from a hardware store is fine.
